are non-refundable.

are valid for first-time MuviMax customers

cannot be combined with any other special or free

Gift Certificates may not be
reproduced, copied, purchased, traded or sold. Void if copied and
where prohibited.

Gift Certificates
denominations may not be divided and are redeemable only for a
consecutive -month membership under the MuviMax Standard Program of 3
DVDs out at a time.

Purchaser's credit card will
be billed for entire length of level selected at time of
purchase.

Recipients will need a valid
credit card to activate the membership, but they will not be charged
during their gift subscription months. MuviMax will begin to
bill the recipient's credit card for monthly subscription fees of $18.95
plus sales tax at the completion of the gift certificate period unless
the recipient cancels prior to the end of the period. The MuviMax
Standard Program is a month-to-month subscription cancelable at
anytime. Click the "Customer Service" button for cancellation
instructions. No refund or credits for partial
periods.

Explanation of service and
redemption code will be provided to recipient by
MuviMax.

During their gift
certificate subscription, recipients cannot upgrade or downgrade their
program.

Gift Certificates are not
redeemable or refundable for cash.

Not responsible for lost or
stolen certificates.

Only one gift certificate
may be redeemed per household.

use are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.

MuviMax reserves the right to
change the Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole
discretion.
