Q: How do I join MuviMax?
A: To join you must click on the "Join Now" link on our homepage or click on "Log-In". Please follow the instructions thereafter. Once you join and register your e-mail and password, you may start adding to your Wishlist. You may update your account by logging in to the site and clicking the "My Account" page.
Q: How do I choose a rental program?
A: MuviMax offers 4 different rental programs. Under any of the programs you can keep the number of DVDs you are allowed to keep on hand at any one time. The faster you return the movies, the more DVDs you can get in any given month, no limits.

Q: How do I pay for joining?
A: MuviMax accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. We use the 128-bit encryption through a secure server to process all transactions. We do not accept any other method of payment. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to become a member.
Q: How can there be no due dates or late fees?
A: MuviMax allows you to keep your rentals as long as you like. The flat monthly fee allows you to keep the movies out for as long as you want. It's entirely up to you when you want to return a movie. When you do return your rentals, please slip them into their rental sleeve and insert the rental into the pre-paid envelope. Then just drop into any mailbox and you're done. We will ship your next selection(s) the same day we receive your returns.
Q: Can I easily cancel at any time once I've signed up?
A: Yes. You can cancel at any time. Just Click Here to cancel your subscription.
Q: How about sales taxes?
A: If you are a resident of Florida, you are subject to a 7% sales tax. This amount will be added to your monthly credit charges.
Q: What happens if a movie gets lost in the mail?
A: There is no cost to you. Just Click Here to report the problem to us and we will send you a replacement dvd.
Q: Are there any limits to which movies I can choose?
A: No.
Q: How do I choose the movies that I want?
A: After joining you may go to Genres and browse all the movies. Once you find an item you would like to rent, click the "Wish List" button to add it to your Wishlist. You may add as many items as you like. You'll always want to keep your list full so we can quickly ship your next available pick. We will keep shipping DVDs until you have reached your maximum allowed according to your rental plan.
Q: How long does it take to receive my selections?
A: The average time it takes to receive your DVDs is 2-4 days via first-class mail. Shipping is free -- no hidden charges!
Q: How do you determine which movies get sent to me?
A: You create a list of movies you want to see. We send you only the movies you put on your list. We'll never send a movie you didn't choose. To get the most out of your rental plan, we recommend that you add 8 or more movies to your Wishlist.
Q: I lost my pre-paid return mailer envelope. How do I send them back?
A: You can use any other envelpe to return your rentals as long as the DVD disc is in its rental sleeve.
Q: The DVD disc I received is defective. What should I do?
A: Notify customer service immediately so we can send you out a replacement rental and send the defective DVD disc back immediately. To report a defective dvd, just Click Here.
Q: Does my membership start the day I register or when the movies are shipped?
A: Your membership starts the day you register and will automatically renew every month.
Q: When I buy a Gift Certificate for someone, is that a one time charge for me?
A: Yes, there will only be a one time charge for the amount of the Gift Certificate you choose.
Q: How do I change my shipping/delivery address?
A: After logging into your account, you should be brought to a page with your Billing Address and your Delivery Address. To edit either address, just click on one of the buttons at the bottom of the page that says "Billing Address" or "Delivery Address".
